Five wins at York Summer Regatta

As if qualifying for Henley Women’s Regatta, making A Finals and winning at Marlow Regatta wasn’t enough excitement for the weekend, we finished off three days of racing at events across the country with wins at York Summer Regatta.

Our juniors, seniors and masters took a packed trailer of boats over to York and competed at York City Rowing Club. We had a good day of racing with plenty of wins and finals including a final for our women’s J15 Coxed Quad which was a great achievement for our juniors.

We had wins in the following events - Women’s 4x+, Women’s Masters 4x, Women’s 4+, Women’s 1x (Brooke) and Mixed 2x.

A huge well done to everyone who competed and everyone who came along to support. It’s fantastic to see our athletes from novice to elite racing and winning at both local and national events.
