Erg Sessions

Erg sessions take place at the Leeds Boathouse in Stourton. We have 29 Concept2 ergs available for use. Please check with your Squad Coaches and Captains for our session days and times.

Water Sessions

Water sessions during the winter for all squads take place on Saturdays and Sundays.

Seniors and Masters - Session One arrive 7.25am for on the water from 7.45am to 9.15am. Session Two arrive 9.55am for on the water 10.15am to 11.45am.
