Mixed Ability Rowing
Mixed Ability Rowing Open Day & Learn to Row Courses
Try something new on the water in a fun, welcoming environment. Our Mixed Ability Programme is open to everyone, whether you’re completely new to rowing or already have experience. No experience is needed - just come along, give it a try, and enjoy being part of a supportive community.
What is Mixed Ability?
Mixed Ability Sport is about bringing people of all abilities together to share the same space, the same activities, and the same sense of community. Instead of separating participants by age, disability, or experience, everyone takes part side by side. It focuses on what each participant can do and giving us the opportunity to enjoy sport together.
